How DORCO Turned ESG Priorities into Measurable Progress in 2025
As ESG expectations continue to grow across industries, the question for manufacturing companies is becoming increasingly practical: how do priorities turn into measurable progress?
In 2025, DORCO continued to advance ESG efforts across environment, social impact, and governance, strengthening the company foundation for more responsible growth.
One of the most visible environmental achievements in 2025 came from packaging innovation with a reduced use of plastic of up to 70%. In addition, we generated 75.6 MWh of solar power at our Seoul headquarters, achieved a 100% waste recycling rate, and participated in CDP Climate Change for the first time.
We recorded zero workplace accidents for the second consecutive year in a row and reported zero human rights complaints in 2025, reflecting our continued focus on workplace safety, employee well-being, and responsible management practices.
Governance was another area of steady progress. In 2025, we operated a board-level ESG Committee and achieved 100% completion of ethics training and practice pledges. We were able to reinforce our efforts to strengthen ESG oversight and improve transparency in how sustainability-related priorities are managed.
